Getting started is easy — we just need a few key details from you:
- Space measurements – include the full dimensions of your room, placement of doors and windows, and the overall height. Architect plans are fine, as long as the measurements are clearly marked.
- Timeline – when are you hoping to have your project completed?
- Budget & Expectations – what’s your ideal spend?
You’re also welcome to share any design inspiration or ideas you already have — the more we know, the better we can tailor your design.
Once you’ve booked, we will reach out to collect this information. The more prepared we are before your call, the smoother the process will be!
We love seeing your inspiration! Pinterest boards are always a favorite, and if you’ve created a wishlist of your favorite products, it’s a great way to kickstart the design process. Any research or ideas you’ve already gathered can be shared directly with your Starock designer to help bring your vision to life.
Once we have everything we need from you, your new room design will be delivered within 1–3 business days. If revisions are needed, updated designs are usually turned around just as quickly, often even faster.
To help you plan, most projects reach their final design and quote within 2–4 weeks, depending on any changes or alternative products to be identified or sourced. Don’t worry — we’ll work at your pace!
Absolutely! We also offer a discounted rate for multiple room designs to help reduce your upfront costs — we know larger home renovations can be expensive and a bit overwhelming. While creating more than one design takes a little extra time, we can prioritize based on your preferences.
Please note: To be eligible for rebates on the design fee, you’ll need to spend $500 per room. For example: two rooms would require a total spend of $1000, and three rooms $1500. If your total spend exceeds the threshold but isn’t evenly divided across rooms, that’s fine — eligibility is calculated based on your total spend.
